Account Deletion

PHIR Jobs respects your right to delete your account and the personal information associated with it.

You can request the deletion of your PHIR Jobs account directly through the mobile application or by contacting our support team.

1. How to Delete Your Account from the Mobile App

 

Log in to your PHIR Jobs account.

 

  • Go to the My Profile section.
  • Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select Account Deletion.
  • Read and accept the account deletion declaration.
  • Confirm your account deletion request.

 

Once your request is submitted, our team will verify and process it in accordance with our account deletion policy.

2. What Happens When You Request Account Deletion?

 

Once your request is verified:

 

  • Your PHIR Jobs account will be permanently deactivated.
  • Your personal profile information will be permanently deleted.
  • Your uploaded resume, profile photo, work experience, education details, skills, saved jobs, job applications, preferences, and other career-related information associated with your account will be permanently deleted, unless retention is required by applicable law.
  • Your access to all PHIR Jobs services will be revoked.

 

2.1 Information That May Be Retained

 

Certain information may be retained after account deletion where required for:

 

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Fraud prevention and security investigations.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Enforcement of legal agreements.
  • Maintaining financial, tax, or audit records.
  • Backup systems for a limited period before permanent removal.

 

Any retained information will only be stored for the period required by law or legitimate business purposes and will not be used for marketing purposes.

 

3. Processing Time

 

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the request. In certain cases, a longer retention period may apply if required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations.
